LPT currently maintains relationships with all National Car Wash Equipment and Chemical Vendors. We also aggressively market the Car Wash Profit Center and give the client multiple options, such as marketing directed at focusing the customer into the convenience store, where additional profits are realized. LPT also evaluates vendors from a contract perspective and recommends contract implementation only when it is in the best interest of the client to do so, always keeping in mind that our main focus is your bottom line.

Permits and Licenses
Permitting and Licenses, as in any business, can be one of the most important requirements. In the convenience store industry, failure to maintain proper licensing can prevent the sales of important categories such as alcohol beverages and tobacco product, reducing potential sales by over 50%.
